General Terms

MindMoment is a provider of high-performance digital educational tools and state-of-the-art AI processing services. By upgrading to any of our paid Time-Passes (Neural Starter, Plus, or Ultimate), you acknowledge that these are **Digital Goods** subject to immediate consumption and infrastructure allocation.

1. Non-Refundable Nature

Due to the nature of our cloud-native infrastructure, the following resources are irreversibly allocated upon session activation:

  • Immediate allocation of Cloudflare Workers AI and LLM inference tokens.
  • Pre-processing and caching of neural audio streams (TTS) specifically for your profile.
  • Permanent recording of learning progress and neural metrics in our global D1 architecture.

Therefore, all sales of MindMoment Time-Passes are final and non-refundable.

2. Try Before You Unlock

To ensure total satisfaction, MindMoment offers a **Free Base Level** for all users. We strongly recommend completing all free missions in Stage 01 and testing our AI Echo (Voice) and Interception (Typing) capabilities on your hardware before procurement of a paid pass.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

In extreme cases of documented technical failure (e.g., permanent inability to access our transmission relay due to our infrastructure outages for more than 72 consecutive hours), we may, at our sole discretion, issue mission credits or partial time extensions.
