1. Usage License

By procurement of a Time-Pass (Phase 1 Unlock or SenseOS Full), MindMoment grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access our neural training tools for the duration specified in the pass.

2. Refund & Cancellation Policy

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:

MindMoment provides digital, educational, and AI-driven services. Due to the following factors:

  • The non-returnable nature of digital software access once delivered.
  • The immediate allocation of state-of-the-art AI infrastructure and API costs (WebSpeech, AI Echo, Azure TTS) upon account activity.

All sales of MindMoment Time-Passes are final and non-refundable. We highly encourage all users to explore the "Free Base Level" missions before making a purchase.

3. Prohibited Activity

You may not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or automate the usage of our AI tools outside the provided interfaces. Abuse of AI tokens or system resources may lead to immediate termination of transmission access without refund.

4. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, MindMoment depends on edge infrastructure (Cloudflare D1, Workers AI). We are not liable for temporary transmission interruptions caused by provider outages.
